A set made for a Pirates of the Caribbean recreation. Includes commemorative fountain, “Laffitie’s Landing” Sign, houseboat, and Old Man in Rocking Chair (Cutout), and more. Also linked in the downloads is a large 50×50 black roof to cover it all.

   I suggest putting the roof in normal letters, not striped.
   It’s still downloadable and working 😉
